The short version
Privacy
Hotmart takes your order and needs your email address to send you what you bought. I do not sell your details, I do not trade them, and you can ask for them to be deleted.
What is collected
When you buy, Hotmart collects your email address, the name you give at checkout, and a record of what you bought and when. I see the order record Hotmart gives sellers.
The payment itself is handled by Hotmart. Your card details go to them, not to me, and I never see a card number.
If you reply to the purchase email, that message and the reply are kept for as long as the thread is useful.
What it is used for
Three things: sending you the file, answering you when you write, and keeping the record of the sale that tax and accounting rules require.
I do not build a profile of you, and I do not use what you bought to follow you around the internet.
Who else sees it
Hotmart handles the payment and sends the email with your download link. Whoever hosts this site sees the ordinary request logs any web server keeps.
That is the whole list. Nobody on it gets your details for their own marketing, and nothing is sold or traded to anyone.
How long it is kept
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, which is a number of years. They cannot be deleted early, even if you ask.
What you can ask for
A copy of what is held about you. A correction. Deletion of everything that is not one of those tax records. Or simply to stop getting emails.
Questions or a refund? Just reply to the purchase email you got from Hotmart. A real person answers.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising pixel.
The checkout sets whatever it needs to take a payment safely, and that belongs to Hotmart rather than to this site.
Children
This shop is meant for adults. Nothing is knowingly sold to, or collected about, children.
