Who you are buying from

This site sells The Lumberyard Counter Book, written by Eldon Lynch.

The payment is taken by Hotmart, who act as the merchant of record. Their terms cover the payment itself; these cover what you are buying.

What you are buying

A digital book, delivered as a PDF you download. Nothing is posted to you.

You need a device that can open a PDF. Any phone, tablet or computer made in the last fifteen years can.

What you may do with it

Read it, keep it, put it on as many of your own devices as you like, and print a copy for yourself. It is yours.

What you may not do is sell it, give away copies, post the file anywhere else to be downloaded, or pass the contents off as your own work. One purchase is for one reader.

Price and payment

The price is $19 USD, shown at checkout before you confirm. Any tax that applies is handled by Hotmart at that point.

Prices can change for future buyers. That never changes what you already paid.

How it reaches you

Hotmart emails you a download link after payment, and the download page you land on after paying has the PDF button too.

If the email does not arrive, look in your spam folder and your promotions tab first. If it is genuinely not there, reply to the purchase email you got from Hotmart and the file will be put right.

Refunds

Every order has a 7-day money-back guarantee. To ask for a refund, reply to the purchase email you got from Hotmart. A real person answers.

Whatever rights the law in your country already gives you are untouched by any of this.

What this book is not

It is information from a carpenter's experience at the lumberyard counter. It is not engineering, not a building inspection and not a substitute for stamped plans, a permit office or the manufacturer's instructions.

What you decide to do after reading is yours to decide, and the consequences are yours too.

Where my responsibility ends

If something goes wrong on my side, what you can claim back is what you paid. Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you that cannot be signed away.

The site itself

This site can go down, move, or change. Books can be updated, renamed or retired.

None of that touches a file you have already downloaded, and if you lose it, the Hotmart purchase email has your link.

Changes to these terms

If these change, the version on this page applies to purchases made from then on, not backwards to yours. Last updated 2026-10-20.
